Customer Review: Show me the the articulation
Hasbro, what were you thinking?!?!?!? Anakin is one of the must have action figure from THE CLONE WARS. The face is fairly accurate (although a little angrier than on TV), but even my 5 year old daughter is disappointed by the lack of posability. The arms are OK, but the shoulders are limited by the shoulder armor. The legs only have movement at the hips. The knees and feet are stiff, just like the Obiwan and Dooku figures. If the clones get 17 points of articulation, why not these guys? Even Ahsoka and Ventress have fully articulated legs and their extremities are toothpicks by comparison.
It comes with a lightsaber of course, but also a weapon that fires an energy bolt. It uses the standard spring loaded firing mechanism from all the missile weapons in the series. Unfortunately, it’s too heavy and drops after a few disappointing inches. There’s also a rope cable thingy which was was never played with and left on carpet Christmas evening. These were in my opinion useless additions and wouldn’t have been missed. Better to have invested the money on developing plastic knee joints.
My daughter is trying to con me into the Battle of Bo’marr battle pack because Anakin’s legs bend.
Better find the Legacy version if you can.

Customer Review: Anakin Skyguy
I agree with the previous review. This figure is not as well done as the Obi Wan figure and its hand is poorly formed to hold a lightsaber. It’s a decent likeness of the cartoon Anakin but has the same limits to movement as Obi Wan, given its long costume. That hasn’t kept my 4-year-old from getting hours of enjoyment out of it, however, which is why I give it a higher rating overall.
This figure has the same problem as Obi Wan with the projectile weapon provided. Like Obi Wan’s, it remains in place when fired. The rope is nice but there is no easy way to clamp it and of course Anakin, with his hands, cannot grasp it, so it’s of limited use. My son tosses it aside when he digs through his figures and has completely ignored the malfunctioning missile. I have yet to see it in place on Anakin’s shoulder. And of course, like Obi Wan’s backpack missile, it did not appear in the film.

Customer Review: Very Small!
Is Okay and is well made, in the description it did not stated the size of the figure, it is about 3″ and bit expensive for the size. If that information was given to me at the description, I would probably not had bought it. I could return for a refund, will see, I am collector of actions figures and I put value in what I buy vs. what I get and this one is a bit of shame due to the lack of information.

action figures 202 pieces with American, British, German & Japanese (WII) Great set of Plastic Army Men in 4 colors with lots of different WW2 figures with over 40 poses. American GI’s in Green, British Commandos in Yellow, German in Gray, Japanese in Light Green. Each army has it’s own 4-1/2 inch tall flag. Nice quality and detail.
Customer Review: Fun but somewhat fragile.
My son loves his new “army men.” I must admit considering what is out on the market this is a fun set for him to play with. I like the different nationalities and the fact they’re in different colors. I recommend the set for play, but was a bit dismayed that they are made out of a relatively fragile plastic so they are easily broken off stands if stepped on and small parts, such as German hand-grenades and rifle barrels, are easily broken. The set arrived with half a dozen or so broken parts already. Overall, the set is okay, and I only say that because of their lack of durability and price, which is a bit steep. But, as I said, my son loves them and plays with them.

Customer Review: Needs articulation
I have the same complaint with CLONE WARS Anakin Skywalker. While the figure bears a very accurate physical resemblance to the animated character both in face and costume, it lacks flexibility. While the head and the arms can move well, the shoulder plates limit raising the arms above the head. The legs only move at the hips, having stiff knees and ankles. My son and daughter still play with the figure (it is Obiwan Kenobi after all!), but they both think he should have the articulation of a clone trooper, and they’re right. If Ahsoka’s legs can bend, why cant Obiwan and Anakin?
Hasbro provided a couple of useless accessories such as a clone helmet, and a rocket back back with a firing missile. You have to pop off Obiwan’s head to pop on the helmet and I’ve never seen my kids play with the rocket pack. There is of course a blue lightsaber.
Overall, a necessary addition to the cast, but Hasbro could have done better.

My son has just about every star war clone wars action figures. He really loves them but they are not very durable the hands on few of his toys have come off. Other than that he gets lots of play out of them.
