Customer Review: Nice statuette
A quite good representation of Altair, quite detailed but could have been better. Posability is not a quality of this Action Figure, it’s quite static, the only really posable articulations are the shoulders which can be spread till the arm is parallel with the shoulders and rotated 360 . the head turns just some degrees to left and right and elbo articulation is nearly non-existent. The torso turns not much more than the head and the legs turn at the knee and ankle to some degree.
Also the open hand (at least in my model) does not fit with the wrist ball joint since the hole is too small and I broke the dagger on the back 60 seconds afert unpacking it, just avoid puting it into its sheat.

Overall a quite good statuette to put near your gamediscs but try not to play with it…
Customer Review: Altair’s action figure
Let’s face it, really the only reason you are probably going to buy this is because you like the Assassin’s Creed video game. The figure is truly well done in its sculpt and paint job. The figure comes with a short sword, belt daggers, and long sword that are removeable and also a replaceable right hand (one is an open hand, the second is used to hold the weapons). The stealth blade on the left wrist slides out. I have not tried to pull the throwing knives from their sheaths because I don’t want to lose them. The figure has articulation at the ankles, knees, hips, waist, shoulders, elbows, wrists, and neck. Unfortunately, the knee joints have little play in them and the hips have even less so poseability is severely limited. With better movement in these two joint areas, the figure would be greatly improved. Also the swapable right hand will pop off too easily if bent at certain angles. As far as a display figure though, it’s simply amzaing. If you collect game tie-in figures then this is absolutely worth adding to a display with say God of War Golden Fleece Kratos, GEARS OF WAR MARCUS FENIX, and Halo 3 Master Chief.

Customer Review: The tail is fine on my toy.
Maybe it varies from one Godzilla to another, but the tail on mine is in good shape, made of the same stuff as the rest of the toy, and will not fall off unless it is yanked. The way these toys are designed, even if the tail is removed it can be easily snapped back into place.

Godzilla is quite large, at about 10 or 11 inches in height. His arms, head, legs, and tail all pose. The tail has three different sections for it to turn.

I’m not a fan of the head sculpt (Godzilla’s ears bug me), but there’s no denying that this is a quality piece of merchandise. Make sure you shop around – I’ve seen this toy go for a mere 14 dollars at some locations.
Customer Review: Poor Tail Design
This Godzilla toy was number one on my child’s Christmas list. It’s 10:10am on Christmas morning as I write and the tail is already broken off. My son wasn’t rough with the toy – it just broke off. Disappointing for him and for me. Not worth the money and I hate the upset on Christmas morning. Did they product test this thing? I see from reviews on this site and others that the tail is a problem. Where’s the quality control?? Don’t waste your money!!

Customer Review: Best Hal Jordan…EVER!…so far
I was surprised, which is saying a lot considering I’m an avid toy collector and have been snatching up the other DC Universe Classics figures.

This figure of Hal Jordan as Green Lantern is exactly what the namesake of the toyline proclaims: CLASSIC.

Its Jordan, in the uniform, ring on finger, and with the power battery. It’s simple, but perfect. I couldn’t be happier with it. DC Direct has some ne GL figures in the pipeline, but none are as articulated as this one.

I highly recommend buying it.
Customer Review: DC Universe Classics: Hal Jordan as Green Lantern
From DC Universe Classics’ third series comes the legendary Emerald Gladiator himself: the fearless Hal Jordan as Green Lantern. Suffice to say, based upon this action figure alone, Mattel certainly deserves significant credit for how close it is coming to matching DC Direct as today’s best producer of superhero figures for mass audiences.

While DC Direct has a superior display-only rendition of Green Lantern from “Justice: Series 3″ by Alex Ross, this DC Universe Classic figure is still an excellent runner-up with the added advantage of being appropriate for all ages, particularly for kids who want a toy more sophisticated than the smaller “Justice League Unlimited” figures. In fact, when I first saw this Green Lantern figure, it seemed like the same cartoon character from the old “Challenge of the Super Friends” animated television show had suddenly come to life before my eyes. The resemblance is that good.

Now, for the most pertinent question: does the actual figure resemble the promotional photo’s representation of it? My answer is: yes!

The only odd note about the figure is his accessory. The lantern power battery in the display photo shares the same emerald hue as Jordan’s costume, but the actual toy lantern’s shade of green resembles that of a lime popsicle. The lantern just isn’t as well-produced as the photo implies. Perhaps this discrepancy was simply a manufacturing glitch or, more likely, it was a cost-saving measure.

At any rate, if you remember owning the vintage Kenner “Super Powers” figure from nearly 25 years ago like I do, this new Mattel figure will definitely bring back some fond memories. Further, as Hal Jordan’s best DC Direct figures can be somewhat pricey and hard to locate, this Green Lantern rendition should well suit your expectations for a high-caliber figure. Speaking of which, I would rate this particular figure’s sculpting and paint job easily a few notches above the Hal Jordan / Green Lantern figure from the first wave in DC Direct’s own “Green Lantern” series.

Despite the minor discrepancy with the lantern accessory, I highly recommend this Green Lantern figure from DC Universe Classics. It is well worth your investment.

jesus is a quite boring character..(there’s this guy, calls himself the messiah. says he’s the son of god, says he’s going to change the world..says he can cure the sick but he only cures the ones he happens to bump into. jesus christ!

come to find out through research jesus wasn’t the only messiah back then
in fact there was another fellow named Apollonius of Tyana, whom in the first century was claimed by his followers that he healed the sick, he raised the dead (which necromancy is always cool) he was able to walk through walls in buildings, that he was in fact persecuted for his religious beliefs, he was brought to trail by the local roman courts he was crucified and after he died we are told ascended to heaven and came back where his followers saw him.

also the toy has no movment whatsoever, it breaks easy.. cause its made from cheap plastic.. the paint job is HORRIBLE.. even someone who is just learning to paint figures could give this guy a better paint job… hell there is solid color buddah toys out there with better paint jobs! sad sad sad.. save your money and wait for the satan prince of darkness figure with sacrificing action.. now thats a toy

Customer Review: Another addition to a great series of figures
Well, I picked this action figure up at my local FYE store, and I figured I would do a review.

All I can say is wow. I really like these figures. They are generally intended for collectors, so they are high quality for sure. You can give them to your kids if you want them to have the best figures on the market. The packaging is nice, I like the half circle of protective plastic that houses the figures. I collect these myself, and can honestly say that these figures are some of the nicest and best I have, especially this one of Wally West, more commonly known as The Flash.

I love the red on this figure. It has a beautiful sheen under light. The coloring of the boots and the lightning bolt on his chest are very well done. Overall an excellent paint job. These figures are pretty posable, and you can have a good time just giving them different action poses.

Overall I would highly recommend these to any collectors, as I would recommend the rest of the series. This figure is part of series 3. If you notice some of the prices of the series 1 figures are already starting to go up. The resale value on these will be good, make no mistake. A great addition for collectors of DC or The Flash. DC direct makes these, so you know it’s the best you’re gonna get.

I am disappointed with the quality of this action figure. It’s cheaply assembled and the quality is poor. After about a week, Shadow’s arm came off while I was posing him. Later his right ear came off. I saw these Sonic Action figures on line from the store they say they are exclusive to and each one cost only $10.99 but they were sold out so I saved up $75.00 to get Sonic and Shadow. Sonic is holding up okay. But they are not worth what I paid for them. I guess that’s why they are advertised at such a low price through the other toy store. I liked playing with these action figures until they started falling apart, I feel pretty bad.
